Christine Charter Moorhead Shadow Box Pin • Pearls and Buttons
Christine Charter Moorhead makes these fantastic and whimsical one-of-a-kind altered art pins in solder framed shadow boxes. She uses found objects, fragments of paper and fabric, and a variety of doo-dads.
This pin, “Pearls and Buttons,” features a couple of vintage buttons, some beads and a piece of pearl and rhinestone jewelry. The box frame is silver soldered. This is a contemporary artist piece and is one of a kind. It measures about 2 1/8 inches x 1 3/4 inches x 1/2 inch.
