Janet Ontko Clay Tile • Bird with Twigs Right
Janet Ontko is inspired by the simplicity and style of the Craftsman Movement: the honesty of the materials, the look of the clay, the touch of the potter. The return to the craft tradition compelled Janet to develop her own signature style.
This small bird with twigs tile is in the white glaze. This is the left version. The right version faces the other way and is also available. These look great together and in the Christmas Holidays with a sprig of holly in place of the twig. It measures about 4.5x7.5x2 inches. While it has a plastic coated hanger included on the back, the tile can be attached to a surface using traditional tile cement or grout.
