Limoges Porcelain Box • French Wine Bottle Cork
Genuine Limoges porcelain boxes are hand created in the city of Limoges, France. This is a nice novelty box in the shape of the cork from a bottle of French wine. The winery is designated as Chateau vin de France Grand Cru Classe. The clasp is in the shape of a bunch of grapes. Perfect little pill or trinket box, or just to collect. It is marked on the bottom: PV Limoges France Marque Deposee Peint Main 0102/2500 (indicating this is a limited edition, number 102 of 2500 made). It is about 2 1/4 inches tall.
